Your intelligence layer, in your pocket.

The work does not happen at a desk. It happens on a train, between calls, in the twenty minutes before a client sends a contract over. Every screen is built for the phone first.

Three screens from one week.

An example. A freelance brand designer, twelve weeks in, three projects live, six hours unbilled and one invoice long overdue.

Brief in,
proposal ready.

Requirement brief Scope captured before you quote Deliverables, rounds, deadline and decision-maker, answered by the client in the intake form.
Proposal Built from your packaging template Your rates, your terms, your last three case studies. Edited in about four minutes.
Micro-milestones Four sign-offs, one per stage Each stage is approved before the next begins, so scope cannot drift quietly.

Everything in Free,without the caps.

The whole practice runs from the phone. Briefs in, contracts signed, hours tracked, invoices chased, tax held back before you spend it.

01

Briefs and proposals

Matched briefs arrive with the budget band and the deadline attached. The client fills in a structured requirement brief before you quote, so the scope is written down by them rather than assumed by you. Proposals build from your own reusable templates.

Unlimited matched briefs · Reusable proposal templates · Client requirement brief
02

Contracts and sign-off

Send for e-signature from the phone, with IP transfer tied to final payment and a kill fee already in the terms. Work is broken into micro-milestones the client approves one at a time, which is where scope creep usually gets caught.

E-signature · IP transfer · Kill fee · Micro-milestone approvals
03

Invoicing and getting paid

Unlimited invoices, each with a payment link the client can use without an account. Chasing runs on a schedule from the moment an invoice goes past terms, so the awkward second email is sent whether or not you feel like sending it.

Unlimited invoicing · Payment links · Automated chasing
04

Time, tracked where you work

Start and stop against a project from your pocket, and the timesheet fills itself. Unbilled hours are surfaced on the dashboard and turn into an invoice in one action, which is the gap most freelancers lose real money in.

Time tracking · Timesheet · Unbilled time converted to an invoice
05

Finance and tax

Expenses logged as they happen, with tax set aside automatically on every payment received rather than worked out in January. You see what you have actually earned and what is already committed.

Finance · Expenses · Tax set-aside
06

Clients and scheduling

Unlimited clients, including the ones you brought yourself. A booking link for calls, a notification when a client opens a proposal or a deliverable, and a follow-up nudge when someone goes quiet mid-project.

Unlimited clients · Calendar and booking link · Viewed notifications · Follow-up nudges

Terms that favour you,by default.

Contracts go out with terms that protect you by default. Two clauses freelancers sign most often, and what each one costs.

Clause 06

Revisions, uncapped

The wording allows revisions until the client is satisfied, with no round limit and no hourly rate beyond the fee. On a fixed fee, that turns an eight-day job into an open commitment, and the cost lands entirely on you.

Default in your contract: three rounds included, further rounds at the day rate.

Clause 11

Rights before payment

Full assignment of intellectual property on signature rather than on final payment. If the last invoice goes unpaid, the work is already theirs and your only remaining position is a debt claim.

Default in your contract: IP transfers on receipt of final payment.

Neither clause is unusual and neither is malicious. They are standard terms that favour whoever wrote them, which is why they are worth catching before the signature rather than after the dispute.

It reaches you wherethe work happens.

Install it on your phone and the next brief, contract and invoice all run from there.
